ABOUT FFS
Hi I’m Bryan a.k.a. Fit, Fast and Strong or simply “FFS”. Corny at it seems but for me it’s a “must” for this sport. I always compare myself to a car. Being FIT is just like customizing your car’s body kits. Being FAST is like putting a V8 engine inside your car. And the most important of all being STRONG. It’s like making the base intact to be able to support the car’s capabilities when pushed to its limit. Same goes for running, same goes for me!
I’m a 20 something athlete who plays a lot of sports like basketball, lawn tennis, kickboxing, badminton, swimming and more. I’m also an outdoor person who loves adventures. Wall/mountain climbing, surfing, airsoft games, zipline, rafting, camping, hiking, trekking and more.
It was July 2009 when I first set my foot on a running event(5k, Globe Run for Home 09). I enjoyed it much, so after a month I registered for a 15K event(Kenny’s Urbanite 09). Nothing beats the feeling of crossing the finishline that made me join series of events after, train harder and most of all.. loving and enjoying running.
I have ran several 5kms, 10kms and 15kms races. Conquered lots of half marathons, finished 2 full marathons and a 50k ultramarathon race.
- My 1st Full Marathon at 34th Milo Marathon 2010, Manila -
- My 1st Ultramarathon race(1st PAU 50k 2010) at Sierra Madre, Rizal -
- My first podium finish; 15k 3rd place (Greenovation 2010) at MOA -
- Our first Team Event; 25k-5man Relay, 5th overall (PDI Run Feb 2011) -
My goal is to run in different locations around the globe and join the best marathons the world has to offer. I want to test my full capabilities into running and pushing my limits to soar higher and higher…
I made this blog to share my experiences and stories on my running escapades. From being a newbieRunner now a marathoner(but still newbie), then who knows what’s next. I hope you guys enjoy reading my blog.

FFS, I’ve been your running buddy since day 1! We have trained together and had highs and lows with PR’s, injuries and disappointments but always ended up on top of our game man! I’ll join you in any run and each time hope to beat you but at the end, it’s the passion for running that counts more for me. i’ll always be at the finish line whether I get there before or after you.
